House Washes:
This wash is a low pressure wash assisted by a bleach based cleaner which removes mold, mildew, oxidation and loose dirt from aluminum/vinyl siding, painted trim, and gutter faces. Will not remove stains such as dried egg, red clay dirt, tar, paint, deck sealants/stains, etc. Areas that are stained or discolored may require hand washing/painting/additional work that is not included in pricing (gutters faces and metal/aluminum surfaces are common problem areas, if stained or discolored may require additional work that will increase pricing). Older Aluminum siding that the Finish/Coating/Paint has turned chalky may not hold up as well during wash, may not come as clean as newer siding that is in better shape, and any additional painting or stripping work is not included in price. Does not include detailed cleaning of brick sides, stuck on mold and debris will increase pricing. Pricing does not include hand washing. Pricing does not include detailed window cleaning. Windows may dry spotty or appear to have a film over them , especially if windows are not cleaned on a regular basis. May require window cleaner and hand washing which is not included in price. Add ons such as porches, stoops, chimneys, brick, concrete, driveways, walkways, walkouts, foundations, detached structures, etc. will increase pricing; please discuss with estimator. Pricing does not include screen removal or replacement, is solely at customers discretion, as deckman does not provide this service; also be sure that all screens left in windows are secure as we will not be liable for damages to loose screens. Decks and Fences:
Removes mold, mildew, and dirt. Our Sealants are typically clear sealants, Stains on the other hand are solid or semi-transparent colors. Sealants may be used to protect and enhance a stained deck if stain is in relatively good shape. We recommend that any previously stained wood be completely stripped to garantuee quality, especially when changing colors.
If your job has previously been stained or has any color other than the natural wood finish, please be sure to convey this to your estimator.
Rotten wood replacement is considered add ons and should be discussed with estimator for pricing.

Please allow for a five to seven business day turn around on seals and can be extended due to bad weather. We typically do not seal if ran is in forecast. Seal dates may get pushed back to rain delays, and bad weather forecasting. Sealants may be used to protect and enhance a stained deck if stain is in relatively good shape. We recommend that any previously stained wood be completely stripped to guarantee quality, especially when changing colors. If your job has previously been stained or has any color other than the natural wood finish, please be sure to convey this to your estimator. Any add ons to original estimates or incorrect measurements provided by customers will cause pricing to increase(please refer to price list on web site or discuss with estimator before work is performed).

Proceesing fee of 2% will be added to all credit card orders other than American Express which is 3%.
All Coupon offers are for phone estimates only not valid for in home estimates(meaning if we have to drive out to give someone an estimate it voids coupon price). All stain/paint/stripping work requires an in home estimate, write down everything customer wants, and hand off to Andy.
